Cambodia Cabin Crew Academy is a Cambodian aviation career-preparation academy created for learners who want a clearer, more practical route into cabin crew readiness. We combine digital learning, live coaching, role-play, service practice, safety awareness and recruitment preparation into an experience that is structured, modern and grounded in the realities of the profession.

Jill Heng
Jill Heng is a business leader and former international cabin crew purser who brings firsthand airline experience into CCCA's learning strategy, program architecture and professional-readiness standards. She leads the Academy's learning and development direction, shaping structured, practical pathways that prepare aspiring cabin crew to understand, present and perform to professional standards.
Year Benyamin
Year Benyamin is a business-development and marketing leader who drives CCCA's market presence, strategic partnerships, recruitment outreach and brand growth. He connects the Academy with learners, institutions, communities and aviation-related networks, expanding its reach while keeping its positioning credible, relevant and opportunity-focused.
